Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the kbd33 online gaming platform, accessible at kbd33.app (the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by kbd33 and is intended solely for use by eligible players as defined in Section 3 of these Terms. By registering an account, accessing any game, or placing any wager on kbd33, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of how they access it — whether via mobile browser, desktop browser, or any other supported access method. kbd33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are advised to review these Terms periodically.

Definitions

In these Terms, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Eligibility

Access to kbd33 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of the requirements listed below at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your Account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. kbd33 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all account registrations and all gaming activity. Age verification documents may be requested at any time.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not acting on behalf of any third party, business entity, or organisation.
• You have not previously had an Account on kbd33 that was suspended, closed, or terminated by kbd33 for breach of these Terms or for any other reason at kbd33's sole discretion.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close associate of kbd33, nor are you related to any such individual in a way that could constitute a conflict of interest.
• You will only open and maintain one Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by kbd33, you must register a personal Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information. kbd33 relies on the information you provide to operate your Account securely and in compliance with its obligations:

• You must provide your real full name, a valid phone number (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Airtel, or Teletalk), a valid email address, and accurate date of birth. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). kbd33 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• kbd33 may, at its discretion, require you to complete a KYC identity verification process before allowing withdrawals, processing large transactions, or granting access to certain promotional offers. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued ID and proof of address.
• You must notify kbd33 promptly if any of your registered details change — including your phone number, email address, or any payment method information. Failure to maintain accurate account details may result in delayed withdrawals or restricted access.
• Each player may hold only one Account. If duplicate accounts are detected, kbd33 reserves the right to merge, close, or suspend the duplicate accounts and to void any wagers or bonuses associated with them.

Deposits and Withdrawals

kbd33 processes all deposits and withdrawals exclusively through local Bangladeshi payment channels. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform:

• Minimum deposit is ৳100 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳500 for bank transfer methods. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. kbd33 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's system or by network conditions outside kbd33's control.
• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. kbd33 processes withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 24 hours for mobile wallet withdrawals, subject to successful identity verification.
• kbd33 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal request, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
• Withdrawals linked to a bonus balance are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant bonus terms. A withdrawal request submitted before the applicable wagering requirement is met may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• kbd33 does not charge fees on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or your bank) may apply their own transaction fees. kbd33 is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment providers.

Bonuses and Promotions

kbd33 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentive schemes to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover) multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual bonus offer terms.
• Bonuses are awarded to the Account of the eligible player they are issued to and are non-transferable. A bonus may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering process, or assigned to any third party.
• kbd33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. A bonus that has already been credited to an Account will remain subject to the terms under which it was originally issued.
• kbd33 reserves the right to void any bonus, free spin winnings, or associated balance where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, coordinated wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or providing false information to obtain a bonus.
• Deposit bonuses apply to real-money deposits only. Transfers between accounts, bonus credits used as deposits, and any transaction that kbd33 determines to be artificial or structured for the purpose of triggering a bonus do not qualify for bonus credit.

Gameplay Rules

The following rules apply to all gaming activity conducted through the kbd33 Platform, regardless of game type. Game-specific rules provided by individual providers take precedence in the event of any conflict with these general provisions:

• All game outcomes on kbd33 are determined by the certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems of the respective game providers. kbd33 does not intervene in or influence game outcomes at the session level. Results are final once a game round has concluded.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game round, kbd33 will attempt to resolve the round based on the last confirmed game state recorded by the provider's server. Where resolution is not technically possible, the wager for the affected round will be refunded to the player's Account balance.
• kbd33 reserves the right to void any wager or game session where there is evidence of software manipulation, exploitation of a game error, use of automated betting software (bots), or any other form of cheating. Any winnings derived from such activity will be forfeited.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface and are set by the respective game provider. kbd33 may apply additional platform-level bet limits at its discretion. Players are responsible for reviewing applicable limits before placing a wager.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kbd33 Platform. kbd33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in any of the following activities, and to recover any funds obtained through such activities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, or attempting to circumvent an Account suspension or closure by registering a new Account using different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place wagers, exploit game features, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinating bets in multi-player games to manipulate outcomes, share bonus winnings, or exploit promotional terms in a coordinated manner.
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds that are derived from illegal activity, or using the Platform in any way for the purpose of money laundering or financing of any unlawful activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of the registration, KYC, or withdrawal process, or impersonating another person in connection with any Account activity.

Account Suspension and Closure

kbd33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the circumstances described below. Where an Account is suspended, kbd33 will notify the Account holder at the registered email address and provide details of the basis for the suspension where it is permissible to do so:

• Where kbd33 has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, including suspected bonus abuse, use of prohibited software, or provision of false registration information.
• Where a player requests self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools or contacts kbd33 support requesting account closure. In such cases, kbd33 will close the Account within a reasonable timeframe and return any available real-money balance to the player's registered payment method.
• Where an Account has been inactive (no login, no wager, no deposit or withdrawal activity) for a continuous period of 12 months. kbd33 will attempt to notify the Account holder before applying any inactivity policy and will return any remaining balance upon request.

Responsible Gaming

kbd33 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform includes a suite of responsible gaming tools that players may use to manage their activity. kbd33 encourages all players to use these tools proactively:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account to control the maximum amount they deposit over any given period. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately; an increase is subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Players may set reminders that notify them after a specified duration of continuous play, prompting them to review their activity and take a break if appropriate.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel that their gaming activity is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or indefinitely. During a self-exclusion period, the player's Account will be deactivated and access to the Platform will be blocked.
• Players who are concerned that gaming is negatively affecting their finances, relationships, or wellbeing are encouraged to contact kbd33 support directly at [email protected] or to visit the Responsible Gaming page for further guidance and external support resources.

Privacy and Data

kbd33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at kbd33.app/privacy-policy. By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them.

kbd33 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with third-party service providers (including payment processors, game providers, and identity verification services) to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and deliver the services you have requested. All third-party providers engaged by kbd33 are bound by appropriate data processing obligations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kbd33 limits its liability to players as set out below. Nothing in this section is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded:

• kbd33 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if kbd33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• kbd33 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruption. Planned maintenance and occasional service disruptions may occur. kbd33 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.
• Where kbd33 is found liable for any matter arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, the total aggregate liability of kbd33 to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

Amendments to These Terms

kbd33 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, kbd33 will provide notice to registered Account holders via the email address associated with their Account, or by displaying a prominent notification on the Platform, at least 7 days prior to the revised Terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting support at [email protected].
